Photo of the day...December 11

I just have to tell you, I love being a homeschool family. We (mostly) love homeschool. There are moments that Wonder Woman doesn't like it. She misses friends from her old school. I think that's pretty normal. We still make lots of plans with those friends and hang out whenever possible. And we do other homeschool stuff on occasion that keeps us busy and quite social.

So, Friday, when we woke up to a thick blanket of ice, we did what we normally do and got to homeschool work. Except that Wonder Woman had spent the night at my parent's house the night before and the roads were too icy to get her home.

Had I been on my A game, I would have had her work all together and ready for her to take with her. Since I didn't, she missed her work on Friday. Don't worry. We made it up this morning. And it didn't take that long anyway. 

So on Saturday when she realized she had missed her schoolwork on Friday, and we were cozy watching Christmas movies, she sent me this text message...
