Here's what I chose. Lime and orange.
Lime benefits:
- promote mental clarity
- energizing
- may aid in reduction of dark spots on skin
- acts as an insect deterrent
- may aid in digestion
Orange benefits:
- help reduce fluid retention
- boost mood
- calm aggressive behavior
- increase alertness
- lower anxiety
- increase memory
Aside from these benefits, lime and orange are great in water (make sure you drink from glassware).
