I have a problem. An uncomfortable problem. On all my long runs I have chafed really badly in one place or another.
In fact, I ALWAYS wear knee length pants now (even in the Texas summers) because of chafing. And for a few weeks, I've had to stop wearing my HR monitor completely because it was so bad.
So, I decided to give this Run Guard Anti-Chafe a try. I will let you know what I think after the race. Between the new hydration thing I'm using and this new anti-chafe stuff, I'm using a half-marathon race to try new things. Probably not the smartest decisions I've made, but right now I'm so nervous I'm questioning my decision to run this race at all.
So...I'm hoping this will be a lifesaver and make my runs much more enjoyable.
