It's no secret that I love running. Running gives me endorphins. Endorphins make me feel good. When I feel good, I don't cry. When I don't cry, it's a good day.
The truth is, even on days that I run, I still cry. That's okay, though. Crying means I'm alive, right? Or something like that.
Training schedule for the week:
Sunday: rest
Monday: 3
Tuesday: 4
Wednesday: 5
Thursday: 3
Friday: 3
Saturday: 7 (scheduled)
Now, I did have a few changes to the schedule this week. I thought Monday was 3, so I ran 3. But really, Monday was 4. So I switched Monday and Tuesday because it was too late. I think that made my legs tired for Wednesday, but not terribly so.
Also, I have opted not to cross train on Fridays, other than walking on incline. So, my exercise today was just that...and tomorrow is 7 miles. But knowing the schedule I have and that husband leaves for work early, I will have to make those 7 miles count on the treadmill at the gym.
Care to join me at the gym and keep me company for part of it?
Now, can anyone please tell me how to keep from getting this terrible burn from my HR monitor every single day? Anyone?
