P365:6-8

For my birthday I received a Polar FT7 heartrate monitor. I'm beginning HR training using the Maf Method, which I am still learning about. Basically, you keep your HR at a lower rate based on some numbers and your age and you do this for several months in order to eventually be able to run faster.

While these photos are not examples of HR training, I'm just having fun looking at the darn thing all day while I run, lift, clean and whatever else I do around the house.

I almost like this more than I like Pinterest. And I love Pinterest.

So, in 3 hours and 48 minutes of running, lifting, and cleaning the downstairs...here's what my body was able to do.
