One of the things we do daily in homeschool is reading. Some books the kids get to pick, and some I choose for them.
I require them to write a summary of what they read each day. Ideally, at the end of the book, they should be able to read the summaries they wrote and know what happened throughout the book. It's just a retelling of what they read...for comprehension, for understanding, etc.
Normally, notebook paper would be awesome for this. Except that sometimes it's not. Wonder Woman needs to develop her writing skills a little more, and begin learning paragraph writing.
And it helps me so I don't have 52 pieces of paper floating around.
This makes it nice and neat.
Enjoy. And feel free to use if helps you in your homeschool. E-mail me for a PDF of this document.
