I hate getting our taxes done. So thankful to be able to have someone else do them. So thankful to have money to pay them if we had needed to. So thankful we get a teeny-tiny return. I always say - every little bit helps. That goes for pennies too. I pick them up every time I see them on the ground. Eventually they add up to a dollar. Yep, that's my financial bit of wisdom for the day.
This is a jacket from the thrift store. You'll have to tell me what you think. I loved it at the store. And now I can't decide if I still love it. I did a combination of patterns which I do love. And added a snakeskin print on my shoes.
Linking up with Pleated Poppy today.
Jeans: Kut From the Kloth
Striped tee: Gap from the thrift store
Jacket: from the thrift store
Shoes: Gianni Bini from Dillard's (last season)

I am loving the jacket and the shoes. Really good find on the jacket. Is it vintage?
ReplyDeleteIt is vintage. It has no tag in it...and totally reminds me of something that would have hung in my grandmother's closet...texture, material, etc.
ReplyDeleteI really loved it right away and snatched it up, but making it work is always more of a challenge than falling in love with something is.
I’ve always loved vintage stuff and this one is no exception. :D But I find it cute, too, how you use the returns for the current tax preparations. Yeah, you should be thankful if you can afford to have someone else do the job for you. ;) Shirley@RG Accounting
ReplyDeleteI am SO thankful to have someone else do the returns. Yikes! I get anxious just putting all the paperwork and receipts and stubs and on and on together. :)
