Phonics practice

Something I whipped up to help Superman with his sounds...this is what we're working on.

I'm using mostly Explode the Code, and I love it. I decided to create this to reinforce what we're doing in the Explode the Code book.

Superman really loves it too, and I feel confident he will grow to be a great reader.

Use this worksheet to study sounds. Cover the last two letters of each word, ask the student to make the sound of the first letter. Then uncover the next letter and ask what sound it makes. Finally uncover the last letter and have the student identify the sound. Then ask the student to put the sounds together.
