Daily shot - Oct. 2, 2012

It's hard to believe how quickly September turned into October. I thought the summer went by too quickly, but September was even quicker.

On our little trip we are taking lots of opportunities to learn as we go. This is one of the great things we love about homeschool.

We visited the White Sands National Monument. Wow. It was just incredible. We have never seen sand so white. So clean. So breathtaking. So soft. It was like talcum powder. The kids and I sledded down the hills. It was the most fun thing. I laughed and screamed. Something I don't do nearly enough.

The kids will agree. I'm not much fun. All business. Let's get to work and get done.

I am amazed at God's creation. At how all things were created.
